Minnesota Marketplace for Entrepreneurs provides an entrepreneurial-friendly event where attendees may access educational sessions, visit with business development service providers, showcase and view entrepreneurial activity and participate in business plan competitions.

In the past, numerous business development service providers held various events to build business knowledge and tools. In an effort to combine resources and create a comprehensive event, the business service providers collaborated to develop the Minnesota Marketplace for Entrepreneurs*. Previous events include:

• Greater Mankato Growth – Brian Fazio Business Creation Project

• Minnesota State University, Mankato Business Plan Competition

• Riverbend Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation/Minnesota State University, Mankato - Annual Entrepreneurial Event

• South Central Small Business Development Center (SBDC)/ Rasmussen College - Small Business Resource Fair
